Butcher Block Kitchen Islands
Select units feature large, stylish butcher block kitchen islands that are perfect for the at-home cook or baker. These wood block-topped islands also have an overhang that is perfect for bar seating for your guests. Units not featuring these butcher block islands instead feature slightly smaller islands with the same dark gray quartz countertops seen elsewhere in the kitchen.
Quartz Countertops
We love our beautiful quartz countertops because they are durable, luxurious, and easy to clean, so they are perfect for when you want to get a little creative in the kitchen. Our apartments feature dark gray quartz countertops in the kitchens while the bathrooms feature a lighter gray quartz countertop. No matter what room you’re in, it will feel luxurious!
10-Foot Ceilings with Remote-Controlled Ceiling Fans
High ceilings make such a difference to your apartment home. They make the rooms feel more spacious and luxurious, giving you plenty of room to feel at ease. Our ceilings also feature fans that are remote-controlled for added convenience, so kick your feet up and relax!
Gas Stoves
Unlike most apartment communities that offer electric stoves, 255 Assay is proud to offer our residents gas-burning stoves. Gas stoves are preferable for fine-tuned temperature control and quick temperature changes, making cooking a breeze.
Frameless Showers
Frameless showers are available in select floor plans and add an ultra-modern finish to many of our bathrooms at 255 Assay. Frameless showers make for a sleek, minimalist aesthetic that is very popular right now among residents.

Our lap pool is 75 feet in length, making it almost as long as an Olympic-size pool. That makes it a great place to set new PRs or just relax in the sun. The pool is 4 feet deep throughout and features waterfall elements that make it even more relaxing.
Outdoor Yoga Yard
The outdoor yoga yard is the perfect place to enjoy some green space and fresh air. Whether you just hang out in the lounge seating or do vinyasas in the sun, you’ll love the relaxing atmosphere this space provides.
Dog Parks for Large & Small Dogs
We are proud to have not one but two dog parks where dogs of all sizes can play at their speed. With one park for large dogs and one park for small dogs, there’s no more need to worry that your german shepherd will knock over a neighbor’s dachshund accidentally (or vice versa).
Fitness Center
Get your heart rate up and our fitness center featuring all the usual equipment plus Peloton bikes and Wellbeats virtual fitness trainers. Wellbeats allows you to stream fitness classes like circuit training, balance training, strength training, kickboxing, and lots more.
